TO SELECT YOUR WEBCAM:

  1. On the messenger once you log in there is menu along the top. Click settings
  2. choose the "preview web cam" option in the drop down. A preview window will popup.
  3. If there is no picture you can right click inside the popup window where your video
    should be, and then choose the settings option.
  4. Click the camera tab in the box and make sure you have the correct cam choosen in the dropdown.
  5. Click close when done and your video appears in the preview window.

CHAT DIRECTORY DOES NOT SHOW CORRECTLY

1.) Go to: Start / Control Panel /
a.) Double click on the Internet Options icon
b.) A new window will pop up (Internet Properties):

2.) Click the Delete Cookies button. A window message will pop up
a.) Click on the Ok button

3.) Next Click on the settings button on the Internet Properties window. A new window will pop up (Settings).
a.) In the Settings windows choose the "Automatically" Option in the list "Check for newer versions of stores pages". And then click the Ok button. The Settings windows will close.

4).To end the procedure, click on the Ok button on the Internet Properties windows.

HOW CAN I CREATE MY FREE CHAT ROOM

From your side panel on messenger click the "Create Chat Room" link as circled in red below in red .
You may also click HERE to create your room.

OFTEN LOSE CONECTION TO CHAT ROOMS AND OR MESSENGER---It is very diffcult to diagnose a computer issue without being in front of that particular computer. Many factors are so diffrent. However, we have listed 3 steps below (A, B, C) to ensure your computer has all software and settings installed to run Tryfast properly.

A.1.Tryfast uses Flash. Just make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed. You can get it from

B. 1.) Go to: Start / Control Panel /

C. 1.a) Completely exit Tryfast Messenger. Right click the blue T in the system tray next to your clock in the bottom right corner of you screen, and click exit.
b) Reinstall Tryfast from our download page.
